Default Torque Converter for TH400???

Ok I'm about to put a TH400 in my Mach1 and was wondering who makes a good proven Torque converter for a TH400 for a Turbo car? You guys that are running a TH400 and a Turbo let me what you have and the stall speed etc.

I have been extremely pleased with my Yank, its performance, and their customer service...

FTI is what I went with for a Th400, had a Yank for the 4L60E
You wont beat FTI for warranty or customer service.

TH400 + Mod Motor = Neil Chance

Done plenty of them. Great street manners, unbelievable performance at the track.

Dan, remember that Orange KB 2.8 car that made 830 through a 6 speed? He went SRA and TH400 from Chance. Freaking unreal.

No don't remember that one. I bet it was bad *** though. I would like a Chance but I'm not sure if that is in my price range right now. I still have a lot of other parts to buy also.

I'm telling you, save your money and do it right the first time. There are plenty of "good" converters out there. Precision is a top company due to their policies and the fact they make a ton of parts that other converter companies rely on.

Nonetheless, I'm a HUGE believer in Chance... just like most cars going fast. On another note, that orange KB car drove perfect in street scenarios.

BE SURE your fuel system can handle it. I don;t remember the percentage, but there will be a significant fuel demand increase after going auto.

Here's the Pumpkin -

Sweet looking car. Yeah my fuel system can handle it I'm not worried about that. I was looking at getting a Precision Industries Converter.
