Shift Kits

What are the differences between the TransGo 4L60E-HD2 shift kit and the 4L60E-3 Shift kits? Does the -3 allow for manual shifting?

i think the 3 kit is a full manual. do a search there is a post on here about it.

When I get my shift kit installed what am I going to be able to adjust (shift firmness, points)?
