4l60e no 4th gear with transgo hd3

I have a rebuilt 4l60e with a transgo hd3 kit in it but it has no 4th gear. it does have 1st, 2nd, 3rd but no 4th. also when you put the trans in 4th it goes to 3rd. andyone have any ideas on the possible problem?

Check the location of the tightly wound purple spring you installed in the kit. You might have installed it in the wrong location and blocked the 3-4 shift valve.
