200-4r
So far i love it, no more computer controlled shifts. It shifts as soon as i hit the shifter without delay. I went the 200r4 for several reasons, one i got to have overdrive or i just wont enjoy driving it on the street anymore. Two its got a better gear spead. Three I like the idea of having less gear in first with this transmission, it'll be alittle easier to get off the line on the bottle. Four, I havnt really seen any 700r4/4l60e live in the 9s. GNs are doing it at alot more weight then we carry.

TQ arm is a spohn chassis mounted arm.
How much did you have to change your Drive Shaft length either way and did you go with a custom built one from anywhere?I can see where this swap is gonna cost me about $4000 all together. TA2SLOW how long ave you been running that tranny and ave you had to freshen it up at all and how much power are you putting through it?
Sorry for all the questions but you are the oly one that replied as to having one for now.

The tranny only has about 1,000 hard miles on it. About 100 passes on so far. Mods are sig, and the car traps 120mph in the 1/4 so far N/A.
There is such a big difference between the the this trans acts and the stock 4l60e slush box. Under WOT as soon as i push the shifter it shifts, not 200-300 rpms later, but right then.
