Question Going to have the transmission out of the car.. What to replace? (seals etc)???

friend and I are installing a new beefier flex plate in his car. it is a 2001 firebird with an ls1 and 4l60e. I am suggesting to him that we should upgrade some of the seals and other parts (related to the transmission for the purposes of better lubrication, less wear, replace seals so it doesn't leak, etc.) Not looking to replace anything that would require taking the transmission significantly apart.

We already bought a new rear main seal for the engine so now we are looking at the trans.

thanks

Changing the front & rear seals, selector shaft seal & dipstick tube boot are the only seals you can change without really tearing into the trans.
