Default 4l60 shift problems on nitrous

im having problems with my car shifting from 2nd to 3rd when im spraying... it shifts perfect off the nitrous but when i spray it bangs the rev limiter like 3 times before it will shift from 2nd to 3rd is this a tranny issue or in the tune?

Could be either.
If your running a bigger shot and the tranny's in good shape you need to bring the shift points down.
Do you have an aftermarket stall?

Spraying will cause the rpm to rise at a greater rate therefore you need more time from comand to shift since the time it takes to make the shift is a constant reguarless of the rate of rpm increase. Your getting to the limiter on nos before the trans can complete the shift , You will need to compensate in tuning but this will also cause it to shift earlier n/a

good job, do you have a video clip for your ride, I want to see how the TC act with the car, also if you can do one with spray, thanks in advance.
