hey guys that run a 4l60e that is vacuum modulated, how do you like it? i have searched but there is soom good reviews and some bad, i just wanted a new thread on how you guys like it?
Here ya go and take it for what it's worth....... https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic...m-mod-not.html
get it done when getting a built tranny, well worth it IMHO, and it takes the pcm outta the picture for one less thing to have to adjust meaning line pressures. Had mine done for over 2yrs now.
I've had a modulator in mine since 03' when the tranny was built with the stage 2 kit, havent blown the tranny yet and its had over 60k hard miles put on it. Its possible 72blownvert did the work if his shop was in Boynton Beach then. Thanks if thats you!

How good is your tuner? If he's not good I would defiantly go VM.
Many transmission places have seen more consistent line pressure's with a VM compared to computer controlled. I had a conversation with Vince at FLT last year when he was building my 4l65e and we decided to go VM. So far I've been happy.
