Default Th 400 Transmission

there is a hole in the yoke behind the universal joint that is leaking transmission fluid. How do I fix this?

some of the output shafts used an o ring, and they put a hole in the yoke to let air out-if it has an o ring, replace it, if not, weld up the hole
