Default can u loose your shift points

well i am wondering if you can loose your shift points after youve been tuned ?and why would this happen ? my car was tuned by a friend with hp tuners i have a shift kit and 373s everything was fine i have been driving it for like 3 months.Today i go for a spin and my car is like bogging out of 2nd gear im in 4th by 30 wtf? but if i get on it it shifts just fine just looking for some input if you can loose your shift points or if the tranny computer can automatically reset itself?

You should look for TPS and VSS faults, because the
tune settings aren't going to change by themselves.
