Yes it is true the 60e get s bad name unfairly , Yes you see alot of them listed as broke and of course you dont see many 350s or 400s or 4l80e . Because they dont come in anything, Every car and truch virtually since 1983 has either had a 700r4 or a 4l60e for all these years . So of course there will be many post of them failing. Simply because there are so many. Make no mistake I am old enough to remember when the 350 and 400 were the main trans out there and they failed to. And in cars that while at the time were considered fast may much less power than the 4l60e cars of today.
