I tried reverse,1st,2nd,drive, and OD . . . .nothing

I then sent in my computer to Frost (dude is kickass) and he gave it awesome street manners. nice lockup etc.
problem was it didn't like to shift from 2nd to 3rd under wide open throttle. Z=pak clutches were put in when the stall went in.
So, what could it be Guys? the stall? pump?
