Default transmission differences

Does anyone know if a 4l60e out of a 99 2wd truck and the car 4l60e are the same or what are the differences? Thanks in advance.

It depends on "the car"
Assuming it's an LS1 car, the differences are:

Bellhousing.
Input shaft/drum.
Pump stator tube.
Torque converter.
2nd servo.
Tail housing.
Pan.
Filter.
Misc valve body calibrations (that can be corrected with a shift kit)
