Default Bought a 4L80e (pics)

As the title says, I purchased a 4L80e off of craigslist from a running 2000 van that had a 6.0 behind it. So now im looking for guidance. After reading the 4L80 sticky I still need to...
1. Cut off the ears.
2. Figure out how much of the harness I need. I was able to buy the harness plugs with this trans but the harness was cut near the 6.0 intake.
3. Find a flexplate to work with my 5.7 ls1 (currently have a T56)
4. Splice my harness into my PCM and have it tuned (friend has HP Tuners)
5. Pick up a new dipstick.
6. Add an oil cooler.

Anything else I need?
Please feel free to link me to any how-to or build threads involving 4L80e installs.

Also, pics

It came with the stock TC also.

If anyone needs better pics of the harness LMK, I'll go to the garage and snap some photos.

Paul,

I've got a stock 4L80E flexplate plus the factory GM crank spacer and longer flexplate bolts that I'll sell if you still need them. Everything came off of my 08 LY6 6.0L with less than 3000 miles and will work with your LS1. Nearly brand new stuff. PM me if you're interested.
