Im thinking about going th350/400 or getting a 200r4.

will the 200 boly in? how much power can one of those take built up? ive herd quite a bit, but then some sepnd like 700 on them others 7000. Im just wondering

which would you do, which would be cheaper?

Hard to say what will fit , don't no what car, truck you are trying to put a tranny in? Here is a good place for a 2004r. http://www.2004rperformancecenter.com/ Ask for Bruce he owns the place. The 200 can handle a lot of power if built right, had one in my Grand National. Worked great.

 

yeah this is in a 4th gen fobdy trans am to be exact
