TH400 swap question

TH400 swap question I have a 1994 Formula. I did a th400 trans swap. I have everything in the car all the parts are brand new but i cant seem to figure out why im not getting spark and fuel.
I got the computer setup by madz28 and he has done a great job before with my cars. So its not the computer.
The opti,plugs,wires, igintion module, coil, injectors are all brand new and GM parts. I have a very solid crank but little close to 0 spark and the fuel cuts off pretty much the same. Im starting to believe i have something not hooked up right and starting to think its my nurteral saftey switch or something pertaining to the trans that would shut it off.
anyone with a idea on how to fix my problem i would greatly appericate it.
