Default Intermittent trans slipping WTF?

In addition to my 6-speed camaro I have a 2005 Tahoe with a 5.3 and what I believe to be a 4L60E. I bought the truck over a year ago with 90k and it now has about 105k. When I bough it I tuned it up and gave it a trans service. The fluid was nice and red and clean. Ever once in a while, usualy when I am sitting at a light and it turn green I step on the gas and it slipps going from 0mph on up until I back off of it and it goes into 2nd and then I get back on the gas and its fine. When I mean slip, its not slipping going into gear, its already in gear ideling. As soon as I touch the gas the RPM's shoot up and the truck slowly moves forward. This has happend about 4-5 times over the last 6 months. Obvioulsy not a big deal, but I would think if the bands were slipping it would do it all the time not just once randomly every few weeks. It does it at operating temp very rarely and randomly. I looked at the fluid and it looks and smells fine. Anyone else ever experiance this? What was it?
