so it would bolt up to the bellhousing though right? and i would be using an aftermarket converter, im just wondering if it would be cheaper for me to convert it to work if thats possible, since the v6 4l60e is sitting in my garage collecting dust, im thinking of getting it built, so my car has less down time

The end of the input shaft is smaller on the V6 trans but I'm sure a trans shop can find one to fit the LT1, they are the same as 4.3 liter and GEN 1 small block 4L60E's.
