4L60E to 6L80E I have a 2000 Silverado Z71 that I built a 6.0 and I'm installing Twin Turbos on. My question is....Is it possible to run the 6L80E in my truck.
I talked to speartech this morning and they said it wouldnt be practicle to run it.
Has anyone done it?
Any help is appreciated.

That trans is controlled by its own computer unless you have a Gen IV PCM....
It isn't practical due to cost. You would have to get a stand alone computer/pcm for the trans from GMPP or TCI which sells a full fit but costs close to 6K...
