4L60E to 6L80E

I have a 2000 Silverado Z71 that I built a 6.0 and I'm installing Twin Turbos on. My question is....Is it possible to run the 6L80E in my truck.

I talked to speartech this morning and they said it wouldnt be practicle to run it.

Has anyone done it?

Any help is appreciated.

I THINK TCI makes a controller for that trans, might be wrong

That trans is controlled by its own computer unless you have a Gen IV PCM....

It isn't practical due to cost. You would have to get a stand alone computer/pcm for the trans from GMPP or TCI which sells a full fit but costs close to 6K...
