Default What year LQ4s bolt to 4L80E

What year LQ4 engines can bolt up to a 4L80E, cause I know depending on the year the LQ4 came with a different transmission because of the crank.?

Incorrect. All LQ4s (assuming it still has the stock flexplate) will bolt up to 4L80Es. 99 LQ motors with iron heads (I've been told its only the iron headed ones) had a longer crank flange. To make up for the ones with the shorter crank flange, GM used a spacer.
