Default TH400 Swap Overwhelming

Maybe I am just a dumb *** and can't read between the lines but I can't figure out what I need besides the TCI flexplate which I don't want to buy.

Can I use the hughes spacer, stock 6.0 flexplate and use a standard th400 converter? I am doing a budget build on a k5 and don't want to tie up no more than I have to.

I remember reading a while back about using a 98fbody flexplate? Hell I have been searching for over an hour on this.

Thanks In Advance!!!!!!

depends on the crank style you have...if its a flat one then you can use a spacer, flat 6.0 flexplate and the regular TH400 TC.
I am doing this with a Th350 on a LQ4 that has the long crank. so I will not be using the spacer.
