Default 4L60E Problem

I have a LS1 Camaro with 4L60E and last week my o2 sensor wires shorted out on my header. I changed the wires and checked the fuses. The same day my transmission won't shift past 2nd, I still have reverse. The brake lights stayed on for a while. I read that the transmission is tied into the brake fuse. I've disconnected the battery to reset the PCM and still didnt work. Help...

I'm not sure if Fbody's have this but try resetting the TAPS using a Tech 2 scanner. I'm not sure if aftermarket scanners will do it or not.

When you say it will not shift past 2nd are you manually shifting this trans or is this in the OD or D range? I agree with Jay that you should check your fuses. Normally a condition with no power to the trans is a 3rd gear start not second. This can easily be confused. Vince
