can you turn a 4l65e to a none computer tranny? like a 700r. hows it done? and what happens to the od. thanks

Yes, TransGo has the "full manual" setup that uses the vacuum modulator. You will need to get a kit to control the torque converter lockup or use a non lockup torque converter, then there will be no wiring at all to the ttransmission. If I can be of help, let me know?
