puttin it back up...i knew something was wrong. Bolt holes lined up, so i started to "try to mate them together". Before i could get it all the way in, I felt the tc and it wouldnt spin. Uh oh....I take it down a lil, spin tc, all seems good. Try to mate them again...**** same thing...so now i bring this bi**h all the way down..check the tc..and realize i didnt have it all the way in...two clunks only...not 3..dammit!! fixed it and put it up in there...smooth as butter! I did not put alot of pressure on it, when I knew something was wrong, I stopped. Is it too late?? I hope not...I hate messing with the trans...but love the money I save doing it...I just hope I didnt screw it up. Let me knw what you guys think! Thanks..

 

I think as you stopped at THAT point and reseated the TC you should be ok ( 90/10)
