Default Anyone know what torque converter this is?

I'm curious if anyone knows what torque converter this is. It came out of a 4L60e and I was told it was a 3500 stall. Stamped on the stall is 10-3500 and a small B. Anybody have any idea of the brand or if it really is a 3500 or if that stamped number means anything?

Nobody? I have a hunch that it is a TCI 3500 but I can't confirm it. Most TCI's that I have seen have "TCI" and a part number stamped on them but can't find anything other than the 10-3500 on this one I mentioned. Anybody know better than me?

Yeah I guess you are right. I thought I had seen some grey ones on the classifieds here but the more I look, I only am seeing black...And all the ones I can see have "TCI" and their part number stamped, which doesn't match the 10-3500

It looks like a converter rebuilding shop custom. Whats the diameter of it?
It looks stock with a negative fin angle impeller, and probably a different stock stator.

It's not a TCI. All TCI's built in the last 7 years are dark gray and have TCI stamped into the impellor. I don't recognize that particular converter.

Looks like a stocker or something similar that a shop modified. A TCI would likely be dark, smaller then stock, and have an adapter ring welded on the front side of it.

How about some more pictures. Need to see the engine side. But it looks like a stocker from the color.
