a4's with 4.10's come on in
I want to hear more also. I dont really drive my car much so MPG doesnt really matter to me.
The difference in 410 and 373s in an a4 are extremely extremely small when it comes to et and what not.. you will hate it at anything over 55mph.
Unless you see minimal stret time, as in a weekend race car or a track only car, I say hell no to 410s.

The engine spins about 3900 rpm at 100mph in OD.
i will be spraying it...quite frequently but as i said before i do wanna run 1/4 mile sometimes. Is there a 29" tire that would work to get me through the 1/4 without gettin on the limiter?
4.56s' with my stock tire diameter and stock rpm engine is too much gear for the 1/4 mile, requires shifting to 4th to finish the 1/4. Time improvement over the OEM 3.23s' was .31 in the 1/8 and .46 in the 1/4,most of the improvement showed up in the 1/8. The data difference was extracted from 12 runs,6 with the 3.23s' and 6 with the 4.56s' and at 2 tracks(tracks results were identical within .008 sec). Only change was gearing, nothing else.
The 4.56s' on the street are great,1st and 2nd are wicked. Cruising RPM is true 2500 at true 60 mph. So far have taken 4 trips with the 4.56s' from Cleveland,Ohio to Central Florida and the computor handles the mpg surprisingly well. At freeway legal speeds,6 trips with the 3.23s' gave me 24.5mpg,4 trips with the 4.56s' gave me 21.5mpg.
I'm planning on removing the 4.56 rearend and putting the OEM rearend back in,but I've gotta decide what gears to go with,I have all the sets and carriers(got 2.73s',3.08s',my OEM 3.23s',3.42s',3.73s',& 4.10s'). Strongly considering 3.42s' as I got a Yank SS3600 to go in too.
