Has it been maintained well? Regular fluid changes throughout it's life? If you don't already have an additional trans cooler, I'd get one. Keep the temps down and change the fluid often.
I've seen stock 4L60Es go 120K+ miles, and I've seen some break in less than 10K. Yours is getting up there in mileage, but proper maintainence is key to a long life.....
