Default How much drive train loss?

Hey guys my buddy is currently putting an ls1 with ported/polished heads built bottom end, all bolt ons', and around a .700 lift cam in my G35. Hes putting a 4l60e with a transgo shift kit, big trans cooler, and 3000 to 3500 stall edge tc. I'm hoping to have around 450hp from the crank with a good tune. I'm wondering what I should expect to the wheels I've heard drive train loss with an auto should be 18 to 20 percent. Is it really that high? I'm just trying to get an idea of what kind of power I should expect. Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you.
