Default flexplate ???

ordering a performabuilt level2 tom. with maybe a 3200 stall its a cammed lt1 on a 125 shot will my stock flexplate be ok

I don't see why not. Unless you're running a whole new rotating assembly.

also its a non billet stall but Im only spraying 125 so it should stay together

just throw an aftermarket one in there if your gonna already have the trans/tc out. it would be really easy since you are already there
