Just got a autometer short sweep electric gauge to install in the car and noticed that even though its got the sending unit, I don't believe it came with the wire to connect it to the gauge. Just noticed on the bottom of the box it states that a wiring kit is suggested to hook up. I'm guessing this is the wiring kit that connects the gauge to the pressure port in the pan??

 

All you need is a piece of wire and two terminals to connect the sending unit to the gauge.
Get the recommended wire size which I think is 16 gauge. The wrong size wire will throw the gauge off slightly.
