Default dyno before stall?

would getting a dyno run/tune BEFORE i buy a stall be a good idea?

my thinking is that it will show where my car makes power and hos big of a stall i should go with ... is my thinking flawed?

If money is not a problem it would be a good idea. If you're close to stock I would say it's not worth it. Personally I would wait until after the stall. Call up one of the stall sponsors on here and they can help you pick the right one for your setup

It is a little overkill if you have a normal combination. We have lots of data to reference for most combinations. It if is a radical combination it is not a bad idea.
