i have the 3 qt extra capacity SUMMIT pan. very nicely built aluminum pan. comes with new hardware and filter. hangs low but ive never hit it on anything. my headers hit before that does

Truck pan= cheap,stock fitment, drainplug, no worries about ground clearance, glad i got one!

I got it from summit. Its about 3 inches deeper. So what ever your ride height is at. Mines stock ride height and have never scraped anything. Paid like 200 for it. Never checked out my trans temps before or after.

I'm not sure if it was a 2002 Silverado pan, but I ran a truck pan in my car and everything fit fine. My trans guy got it for me. I'm assuming that all truck pans are similar as they are just a bit deeper and come with a drain plug. If you're unsure, just go to a dealer and have em bring you both pans to compare.

the truck pan is a deeper steel pan.

Aluminum is where its at. If the truck pan isnt aluminum then not for me.
