my brother and i installed a new 3800 stall in his truck today ,but we are have a problem with the lockup . i have hp tuners and command it to lock up and nothing i have also lowered the lock up speed , that didnt help. i have all the miss fire stuff addressed . he went from a 3000 to new 3800 for a 4l60e. any ideas what else might be cuasing this ? i
