will a 4L60E out of a 97 LT1 camaro work in a 2002 camaro? thanks. dont need any of the "search" comments either. LOL. im lazy

It should work but you have to adapt the bellhousing and converter just like an old th350, th400, 700R4, etc.

The electrics should be close, seems some work and some don't. Depending on trans original application.

yes it will work. 2 top bellhousing bolts dont line up. youll need a spacer on the flex plate to torque converter hub. i just did this swap the other day.
