Exclamation Why does my Fugging TH400 xmsn run so hot???

I have a RMVB TH400. It has a transbrake and was just recently rebuilt with all new clutches, sprags etc etc. The xmsn has run hot since putting it in. It has a B&M deep pan it also has a B&M plate and bar cooler that is mounted infront of the radiator now. It is fed thru stainless steel braided lines. I have a xmsn tempature gauge that is in the pan. The converter is a FTI unit that was custom spec'd for my build. Car is a forged 370, tc78 turbo and a MWC rear with a 3.00 gear and a 28" tire.

Car sees 200+ within ten minutes of driving. I have had the ccooler in two other places and it does the same thing. I just installed a 9" fan on it tonight but haven't wired it up yet.

Why is this car getting so hot? With all of the provisions that i have for it cooling it just doesn't want to stay cool. The converter is pretty loose on the other hand.

Everything is new and functioning properly. All less than 1k miles on it. Cooler is flowing, gauge is working properly.

What is the GVWR of the cooler? The cooler Greg gave me with my FTI TH400 and FTI stall was pretty wimpy. 48k gvw cooler. 100F-120F pan temp highway driving. 140F-160F in town. I've seen 200F-220F at the end of a pass after using the transbrake.

B&M Temp gauge:
