2-3 upshift flare
2-3 upshift flare Cliffs notes style:
2003 Silverado SS
Tranny busted the planetary and took out all the hard parts in the back.(Was shifting HARD)
Replaced hard parts and reassembled the transmission.
Noticed someone had cut up the harness in the tranny and modified it.(replaced with new)
Had also been converted to vac. reg valve body.(put back to stock)
Had a Vig 3200 stall. (went back to stock stall)
It shifts great at WOT but at part throttle it has a flare from 2nd to 3rd but hits 4th great.
My question is.... is this possibly in the transmission or in the tune?
Truck still has the 228 cam in it.
