3600 Sound about right for me...

My car is a street strip car.

Mainly a weekend warrior.

Pretty much a bolt on car and I plan on running about 100 shot every now and again.

My goal is to truck to break into the high 7s on the 1/8th miles wiht bolt ons converter and a good set of tires.

I think you are right on track with that stall. It will be a good balance and when you hit it with the spray it will loosen up some and pull even harder.

i run a 3800 converter... As a weekend warrior you should be happy with that... I LOVE it for performance. For tame driving it makes the car feel boring... I find myself waiting for the clutch to lock so it doesnt feel so slushy... if i had it to do over i would have kept it in the 3200-3400 range. I know that goes against what most people here say but drivebility is a very subjective term and to some people a 4400 stall is driveable. Dont get me wrong i have no driveability issues here (even if this was my daily) with this stall its just not as fun when driving tame because of the slip.. which makes me dip into the throttle more... lol
