Default weird problem with converter bolts

Car started making noise, so I got under it and 3 bellhousing bolts were missing, I replaced those, checked the converter bolts and they was all loose. I got to looking and they look like studs bc there's no heads on them and they won't come out, so just wondering what kind of setup this is and do I need and new fly wheel or what

I'm a dumbass. Its the bolt and nut style converter so what happen is all the nuts backed there self off so the only thing holding it together is the three bolts. The flexplate is a little messed up looking, should I just put new nuts on it and tighten them down or get a new flexplate and make converter. One tab has a crack in it now

I think I would pull the tranny and check everything out and replace the flexplate.
