Default Dipstick for a 4l80e, 60e work?

So I have a 4l80e in my 66 GTO and it looks as though the 2005 GTO 4l60e dipstick tube will work really nice for my swap. I looked up the part numbers for the seal at the bottom of the tube into the trans and they are the same between the 2 units, so I know I can use the 05 GTO 4l60e tube... But what about the length of the dipstick itself, will that read correctly if used with my 4l80e?

Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but I appreciate it if you do, thanks!!

i dont know about the 60e, but i use the 80e d/s, mark where the fill is in relation to the end of the d/s, cut down the tube, and cut a section out of the stick, solder it back together so it reads the same as b4
its for a chevelle, close to the same body style-i make a bracket off an intake bolt attach it to the tube
one thing i noticed with a pressure gauge on my 80e, it likes the correct fill, as pressure climbed untill almost full
