Default Help identify this spring.

I am looking for some help. The other day I put a Transgo HD shift kit in my 4l60e. I also put a Corvette servo in it along with an aluminum 1-2 accumulator. I was just about finished when I found this half purple and half green spring on the table. It is two colors and Transgo says they use no dual colored springs. It was dry and clean so I assumed it did not come out of the tranny either nor did I remeber placing any of the springs from the tranny on the table. So can anyone help in identifying it.

That is your original spring you should have replaced that with the purple spring from your trans go kit.

You are correct. It is from the 3-2 downshift valve assembly. Your good to go!

Thanks guys. I was not sure if maybe it had come out of the valve body without knowing it. Especially with this being my first time putting a kit in.
