I could've sworn a sponsor on here said they ship theirs in rubbermaid tubs, the same kind you can get at wal-mart, can't remember who it was. As for who to ship with, I dropped mine off at Fedex ..make sure all of the fluid is out of the trans. I thought mine was empty and they called me telling me to pick it up, I had to clean it and take it back.

We ship truck freight and when they are only going 1 way we strap them to a pallet. Make sure the trans does not hang over the pallet or it WILL get damaged. We use 2 ratcheting straps to hold it down, put cardboard boxes over the bell and tail. Then shrink wrap it.
