Thumbs up upgraded parts, worth it?

Hey, I just bought my car, its stock, Ive already bought myself a TCI SSF 3500 B&M 24,000gvw cooler and a transgo rebuild kit, and while its apart, Im wondering if its worth going with the thicker sungear shell, 29 element sprag, kevlar band, 3-4 clutch pack upgrade (9 clutches), corvette servo. Whats everyones opionions on these. I like the idea of a better performing tranny, but also would like it to be able to hold up against what Im throwing at it. Im also gonna have some nittos out back, and be putting some spray on the motor.

C'mon, Im sure Im not the only one whos wanted to do this, Ive done some searching and seen varying opinions like always, so Im just looking for some possible experiences or some good reasons why I shouldnt or should go ahead with it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My suggestion would be to order a tranny from one of the top dawgs. Like FLP.
It will be more at the start, but will save you in the long run.
Are tranny's flat out SUCK. I have seen 4 local guys buy from local/ companies that sell upgraded parts, and not one has lasted.
The FLP is 2000 dollars but probally cheeper than fixing your tranny more than once.

Ya, and what do they do, they probably build it the same way I would. So I see no reason to hand it over to someone else when Im fully able to do the exact same work myself, for 10% of the cost. The difference in price is, they have to warranty their work, so they have a big float of cash, so even if it does break, theyre still ahead of the game when they fix it.
