Thumbs up Yank PT 4000

finally got to go to the track with the new PT 4000 I ran a :
12.35@ 109.00
60 ft: 1.71
1/8th 7.8125 @ 86.68
I have to get some tuning done.. hitting the rev limiter on 2-3rd shift.. only got to run twice and that was my best run.. I think i can still stall it up a bit more
mods are- Hooker headers, Hooker ORY,stock exhaust,Intake lid,ET Streets.

what were you stalling it up to?? I would say anywhere from 2k-2500 rpms would work best. Have you already gotten Tq management deleted?? Get those tuning tweaks and get it back out to the track.

I have completely stock tuning.. and I stalled it to 3000 on that run.. I tried a 2300 stall and I only pulled a 1.76

Make sure your fluid level is on the money or you will bump the rev limiter. In my experience with the Yank converters (they Rock!), the more you can stall up without being pushed through the beams the better 60ft.

Did I mention Yank convereters Rock? So do the 1.43-1.44 60fts that my ST3500 produced. You gotta love your PT4000.

Good luck!
