If this is in a V8 fbody then you will already have the vet servo from the factory. No need to upgrade the servo. I would recommend getting aluminum accumulator pistons, torlon check ***** and also a new separator plate for your install.

I'm not sure what your trying to say here. The fact of the matter is changing a vet servo with another vet servo is going to very little if anything to make a trans shift harder. The only way a servo swap is going to make a difference is if you had a servo with less fluid surface area then the one you are installing.

With high stall converters the shift feel will be dampened by the converter some but if you get up above the stall it should be more noticeable. For example if you had a 3200 rpm stall and you shifted at 4500, it would be more noticeable than lets say if you shifted at 2500 rpm.

Converters suck up a lot of the shift feel, as stated the rpm of the shift plays a big part in how it feels. While I support the trans-go HD2 kit, doing a full install requires an almost complete disassembly of the trans. Doing so but not upgrading your wear-ables like clutches is just plain silly. LOTS can be done for shift feel simply by tuning the trans tables in the PCM, and if shift feel is all you're going for, you took the hard/expensive route to get there I'm sorry to say.
