My buddy just installed a 3000 stall in a 2005 gto and a shift kit know that car doesnt shift right ! Threw gears does the computer need flashed for this > any idea I would be greatful!

 

Yes the PCM will require retuning for this combo the trans will not work right and could even be damaged if driven much like that.

 

It is possible that it needs to be tuned... but I would be interest in knowing more about the details of the symptoms myself.

Exactly what does it do and when does it do it?
