I had a TCI 3000 and a now Yank SS3600 for several years and have loved them both. Like others have said, I wouldn't own an A4 without one. There is a 2 mpg penalty in city driving and some looseness in 3rd & 4th gear around town before hitting lockup speed.
I have a 6 speed LS1 car and a Auto LT1 car. I have just as much fun driving each car because of the Revmax 3200 stall really woke up the Firehawk. The only thing I regret is not going with a 3600 converter. I thought we would be driving the car more then 3000 miles a year so I went with a 3200.
