Looking at a car for sale at a good price...the only thing is that is has a th400 trans and 4.10's How hard is it to convert it back to 4l60? I really want the OD but dont want to pass on this deal...

 

depends on what the car had originally. the firewall at the brake pedals (from the inside) and the tune/pcm will tell which it had originally.

physically it'll go in fine. Might need a different drive shaft, trans mount...cooling lines to the radiator.... and retuning...
