But if the Rubber Grommet that holds the Dip Stick in the Tranny pops out is there anyway to but it back in without dropping the tranny or is that virtully impossible

Sometimes its very hard to get in. I let the tube push it in the rest of the way. Just be carefull with it. IMO it was the worst part of my converter swap.
