Need Help!!!!!
Need Help!!!!! Ok i need a lil help and a few answers to some questions.
A little background info.

all stock but free mods
just bought the car 6 weeks ago and not sure on all thats done to it
1. Just had the tranny rebuild (4l60E) and and put in the TCI SSF 3500 convertor, now that its back in the cars speedometer reads fine under normal driving conditions but if you get into the throttle under WOT the speedometer will not read over 60 mph it just stops?!!? If you hit the gas at like 70 mph it falls to 60 and wont read any higher?!?!
2. Ok now for # 2. One of the reasons i had it rebuild was because under WOT the car will not shift from 2nd to 3rd? Now i DO believe that the car has been programed because the rev limiter is at like 6800!! yikes that a lil tight for a stock ls1 isnt it? the car will shift from 1st to 2nd at WOT at like 6200 in drive but will not shift 2-3 unless i let out of the throttle at 5krpms, should i go to the local dealer and get it reflashed?
