b.o.p th400 in z28 will a buick olds pontiac trans fit the same as a chevy some sites say there different bolt patterns and some say there not looking to purchase one for cheap with a brake for my 99z28 so i fugured id ask the vets on here

There were, I believe, also "universal" pattern ones. And adaptors. But
I expect a Chebby pattern is no more expensive, other than nobody but
folks with a '70s BOP muscle car wants a BOP trans.
