Question LT1 M6 to a TH350 swap...Whats Needed?

So I'm looking real hard into a TH350 swap into my 97 Z28 M6. What all will I need to complete the swap and I hear a rumor going around to get the right dipstick or I'll be screwed on filling time.

a madmans dipstick is the best

but a dipstick
th350 tranny mount
new flex plate
th350 torqe convertor to match flexplate bolts.
new driveshaft or maybe cut stock one? i bought a 3 gen and cut it down i got a good deal on my top gun one.
tranny cooler
torqe arm reloation. mine is on my tranny mount.
vss so the stock speedo still works.
shifter with cable.
and maybe a scatter shild.
